    • Start by reviewing the registration process in the user guide.
  • I don't have an email address. What do I do?
    • An email address is required to identify and authenticate your access to the system. Without an email address, you will not be granted access to the system.

**Updated 2/13/17: Access Medicare (Cuatro, LLC) has closed all MAPD products for members on 12/31/16. No members are currently active. Please ensure your facilities, offices, and personnel are aware that Access Medicare is not an “active” insurance plan and members do not have coverage in 2017 through Access Medicare. Any 2017 Date of Service claim will be denied and members who did not elect alternative coverage (MA/MAPD) should have active coverage through Original Medicare and an CMS assigned Part D plan. Claims will continue to be processed in 2017 for dates of service prior to 2017 but at this time, all claims payments have been suspended until further notice. We invite you to visit our provider portal to ensure claims have been adjudicated correctly, and to confirm member eligibility. If you have any questions on an incorrect claim (incorrect amount, denied, appeals, etc) please email NetworkManagement@AccessMedicareNY.com Please note, office personnel does not have any informationon when payments will resume. We will be updating our website with any new information as it becomes available from CMS/DOH/DFS.
